Creative Projects Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our in-house Creative Team of 5. We are responsible for driving the pick-up appeal and cultural relevance of both of our snack brands,

PROPER and Eat Real. We work on a wide mix of projects from packaging to brand campaigns and everything in between. Flexing the team as and when we need to with freelancers and agencies. With big ambitions to make our brands bolder and more impactful than ever before, we’re looking for a brilliantly organised and resourceful Creative Project Manager to help deliver world-class creative output — on time, in budget, and executed beautifully

The Person:
This person will be a confident and detail-driven project manager, passionate about process, creativity, and collaboration. They’ll thrive in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment, acting as the glue between creative, marketing, and other departments. They’ll love bringing structure to creative chaos — balancing timelines, resources, and priorities to make sure that every project runs smoothly from concept to delivery. A natural communicator, they’ll build strong relationships across teams and ensure every stakeholder is aligned and empowered to deliver their best work.

The Role:
You’ll sit at the heart of our in-house studio, overseeing the day-to-day workflow and resource management for all creative projects — from packaging artwork to campaign production. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Creative Operations Lead, and designers to keep everything moving efficiently, ensuring quality and consistency across every touchpoint of the PROPER and Eat Real brands.

Responsibilities:

- Support and manage end-to-end delivery of creative projects from brand campaigns to commercial briefs. Including project management, coordinating creative development, stakeholder feedback, and delivery across multiple channels and markets.

- Day-to-day studio resourcing — allocating internal design time, managing workload, and booking freelancers/agencies when required. Flagging challenges and blockers to the Creative Ops Lead and working with stakeholders to manage project delivery timelines.

- Act as the main point of contact between the Creative Studio and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand, and Commercial.

- Lead on packaging project management, coordinating artwork updates, approvals, and version control across multiple SKUs and markets.

- Plan and track project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to brief.

- Support the Creative Director and Creative Ops Lead to drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies within the studio.

- Liaise with external suppliers, print partners, and artworking agencies to ensure accuracy and quality in final output.

- Maintain a clear overview of all live projects, proactively identifying risks or blockers and finding smart solutions.

- Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously whilst retaining a sense of flexibility.

- Champion best practice in creative operations — promoting collaboration, consistency, and a builder mentalit

Requirements:
- 4-5+ years’ experience in creative project management or studio production, with experience working in house or agency side, ideally across FMCG, beauty, or retail environment.

- Understanding of packaging artwork, print production, and version control.

- Proven experience managing multiple creative projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello).

- Great tenacity and proactive prowess.

- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills across teams and levels.

- A calm, proactive problem-solver with a passion for creative excellence.

- Familiarity with artwork software and print file processes is advantageous.

- Able to work at pace while maintaining high standards and accuracy.
