Creative Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our in-house Creative Team of 5. We are responsible for driving the pick-up appeal and cultural relevance of both of our snack brands, PROPER and Eat Real.

We work across a broad mix of projects, from packaging and artwork delivery to brand campaigns, innovation launches and commercial creative requests. With big ambitions to make our brands bolder and more impactful than ever before, we're looking for a brilliantly organised, resourceful and proactive Creative Project Manager to help deliver world-class creative output — on time, on budget and executed beautifully.

Location: Warren Street, London (Hybrid 3:2)

The Person:

You'll be a confident and detail-driven project manager who is passionate about process, creativity and collaboration. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment and enjoy bringing structure to creative chaos.

You'll be comfortable operating within ambiguity, balancing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs. A natural relationship-builder, you'll be trusted to manage a wide range of stakeholders, challenge constructively, and keep projects moving forward when priorities shift.

You'll be highly organised, solutions-focused and able to see how multiple projects connect, helping the team make smart decisions and stay focused on what matters most.

The role:

You'll sit at the heart of our in-house studio, overseeing workflow, resourcing and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of creative work. From packaging and artwork projects to campaign development and commercial initiatives, you'll work closely with the Creative Director, Creative Operations Lead and designers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a growing creative function, with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership and responsibility as the studio evolves.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from brand campaigns and innovation launches to commercial briefs and packaging updates.

  • Coordinate creative development, stakeholder feedback and delivery across multiple channels, teams and markets.

  • Manage day-to-day studio resourcing, allocating internal design time, balancing workloads and coordinating freelancer and agency support where required.

  • Act as the main point of contact between the Creative Studio and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand and Commercial.

  • Oversee packaging and artwork workstreams alongside wider creative projects, ensuring approvals, version control and delivery milestones are effectively managed.

  • Plan and track project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and to brief.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, confidently managing expectations and navigating competing priorities.

  • Support the Creative Director and Creative Operations Lead in identifying process improvements and workflow efficiencies.

  • Liaise with external suppliers, print partners and creative agencies to ensure quality and accuracy in final output.

  • Maintain a clear overview of all live projects, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers and bringing solutions before issues escalate.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining calm, flexible and focused on delivery.

  • Champion best practice in creative operations, promoting collaboration, accountability and a builder mentality.

Requirements:

  • Experience in creative project management, studio operations or production management, either agency-side or in-house.

  • Proven experience managing multiple creative projects and stakeholders simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong resource planning and workload management experience.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build credibility across teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solver who anticipates challenges rather than simply reacting to them.

  • Understanding of packaging artwork, print production and version control would be beneficial.

  • Familiarity with artwork software and print file processes is advantageous.

  • Able to work at pace while maintaining high standards and accuracy.

  • Ambitious and motivated to grow alongside a developing creative function.
